A new month comes with the new Android security patch. July 2020 Android security patch just landed for Google Pixel smartphones, you can perform a software update check now in System Settings to grab the new patch or you can update manually or simply wait for the OTA notification.
According to the bulletin associated with the July 2020 Android security patch, there aren’t too many updates here aside from the boost in security. That makes sense since last month we saw the quarterly feature drop for Pixel phones, so this month’s update is going to be pretty bare-bones in comparison.
