Today, Razer announced their new Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds which will compete with AirPods, Samsung’s Galaxy Buds, and the rest of the other bud with the same category. These particular Hammerhead buds make bold claims about audio, yet only cost $99.99.
The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.0 for ultra-low latency connections that Razer says eliminates audio lag when you are watching movies or listening to music. There is a Gaming Mode too, that drops latency to 60ms when playing games. That Bluetooth 5.0 connection should also allow for super quick pairing.
They feature a 13mm driver with “beefy bass” for all audio needs, charge through USB-C in their case that provides up to 4 charges, and last up to 3-hours outside of that case. There are touch controls and assistant launching, IPX4 sweat and splash resistance, and a classic Razer matte black finish and branding. They look a lot like black AirPods, which is fun.
