With the revamped Fit last year, Google focused on physical activity through Heart Points and Move Minutes. Today, Google is rolling out an update to Google Fit that includes a dark theme and sleep tracking.
For the dark theme, which helps save a bit of battery life and is easier on the eyes, you’ll find the toggle inside the app’s settings menu. If you’re interested in tracking sleep, Google states, “Connect your favorite sleep app to Google Fit and you’ll see charts that show you your sleep patterns over time. You’ll also be able to add, edit or access your sleep history through the journal.”
