After confirming that the OnePlus 6 will come with a notch display design, OnePlus has teased the launch of the handset on its Twitter account. The teaser confirms that the upcoming handset will be called as the OnePlus 6 with some specs confirmations as well.
A couple of OnePlus 6 photos have already leaked and rumors have given us a good idea of what to expect from it. OnePlus has taken to its forum to confirm that the upcoming OnePlus 6, will be coming in a 256GB variant with 8GB RAM (same as the last two models) and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
And that's pretty much it. OnePlus did spend far too many words in its forum post describing this one small feature, going on about the "pursuit of burdenless speed" and also how it has a FSE Team, which stands for Fast Stable Efficient. Basically the new phone will be really fast, which shouldn't surprise anyone considering the current OnePlus 5T is already extremely fast. The improved specs of the OnePlus 6 will give the company an excuse to further raise the price of the handset by a slight margin.
The phone is said to launch some time in Q2 but it's likely not anytime soon so in the meantime, this is what we are going to get. Are you looking forward to the release of the OnePlus 6? What are your expectations from the handset?
