Google just released Android N Developer Preview 4. As of right now, it looks like all supported devices are getting Android build NPD56N.
Again, the supported devices include the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9 (WiFi and LTE), Nexus Player, Pixel C, and the General Mobile 4G (Android One) device. Developer Preview 4 gets more solid with final APIs and the official SDK for developers to begin publishing apps for Android N devices. We’re installing DP4 on our Nexus devices right now and updating a full list of all the new features.

Instead of flashing and wiping your devices, Google also provides download links to the same OTAs that are rolling out as we speak. You can use these if your device already has Android Developer Preview 4 for a faster update.
